We would like the foreign secret services to take note of the activity of Baltay Levente, a hungarian attorney who is up as an informer and  executive perpetrator and doing international apartheid and other crimes against humanity which are to be punished with life imprisonment under the umbrella of Viktor Orbán hungarian prime minister. Since Viktor Orbán and the secret agencies led by him can commit organized crimes against humanity in Hungary undisguised, it is clear that we can not recourse or take legal action in life shielding crimes to him or any of his authorities.  The reason we did this before was to constantly hive evidence against him and his state run machinery fellows. Levente Baltay as an undercover man is an executive of the hungarian secret service in crimes against free speech in an organization called TASZ which is emphasized in its name for human rights, has built up close relationship with Amnesty International as well, reports from its activity and persons to the state terror organizations, furthermore degrades its work, brutalizes it and from its essential activity, puts it in a wastrel direction towards the suffocation of human right activity and to ensure the all-inclusive and broadest state homicide. The state of Hungary has managed to force down the activity of both civil organizations with Levente Baltay in a determining way, so organized state terror could become more untouchable and free. Levente Baltay since his built-in status has covered the state serial killings of gypsies which has 50 victims, 6 dead, the political manhunt of journalists who reveal the facts about this case and  was the representative of some of the affronted gypsies as well. During this period he has been representing a notorious lying attitude, worse than any hungarian or Nazi known by us to smother up the state background of these killings furthermore the coherent pursuit of journalists trying to reveal the facts and the preparation of these killings. Considering the above we would like to propose the attorney Levente Baltay's tight and extended international surveillance by secret agencies, his and his environment's, his principals' monitoring, his activity's, his phones' and communication tools' control, his personal and environment's all inclusive bugging, total information control of his steps and thoughts furthermore the routine evaluation practice of his elimination status, its change day by day to ensure the immediate opportunity of the necessary steps.
